With the smart LED products from Twinkly, an inherently perfectly planned illumination becomes a sophisticated, flexible lighting concept that can be changed according to mood and occasion. The Twinkly app provides the ultimate in individual control: via smartphone or iPad, individual LEDs can be controlled with pinpoint accuracy, pre-programmed effects can be selected and edited, or completely new lighting ideas can be created with the mapping feature - live out your creativity and become a lighting designer! Thanks to Twinkly Music, you can also synchronise the desired lighting effects with your favourite music and make your installations dance.

From point lighting to a sea of lights

There is something for every taste in the versatile Twinkly product family: In the area of classic LED lighting, you have the choice between Twinkle light chains in different shapes (Twinkly Strings, Curtains, Icicle, Cluster and Spritzer). In the home decoration area, you can create your own shapes, such as Twinkle Flex, with which you can design freely formable light installations. A special highlight are the Twinkly Squares, modular panels with 8x8 = 64 LEDs per panel, which can be combined into larger sets. With the Squares, you can create your own pixel-style animations or changeable works of light art that perfectly emphasise your furnishings. The light installations can also be used outdoors: With Twinkly Strings 400, a light chain with 400 LEDs and an illuminated length of no less than 32 metres, you have the perfect solution for truly unique Christmas garden lighting.

Twinkly Strings

The "classic" light chain from Twinkly, with which Christmas trees or other objects can be given an incomparable glow: Up to 600 LEDs can shine on a carrier wire with a maximum cable length of 48 metres. Each LED is an individually addressable pixel.

Twinkly Dots

Flexible light chain with flat, matt light dots that can be individually controlled via app. The Twinkly Dots can be wrapped around any object or glued onto surfaces. The dots are available in two lengths with 200 and 400 LEDs, the colour of the wire is either black or transparent. Light effects such as colour gradients can be generated via app.

Twinkly Curtains

The Twinkly Curtains are a curtain of lights: each of the 10 freely swinging, transparent light strands has an individual length of about 2 metres and 21 individually addressable LEDs. This form is ideal for window or wall decorations indoors and outdoors. For large-scale light installations, several curtains can be combined with each other.

Twinkly Icicle

Twinkly Icicle is suitable for a special kind of wintery-Christmas festive lighting: 190 LEDs sparkle on strands of different lengths on this 5-metre-long light curtain, giving the impression of glowing "icicles". Twinkly Icicle is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Twinkly Cluster

The Twinkly Cluster light chain with a cable length of 6 metres is equipped with 400 LEDs and is equally suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Here, the LEDs are more densely distributed, the distance between them is only approx. 4 cm.

Twinkly Festoon

Twinkly Festoon is vintage look with state-of-the-art LED technology: The party light chain is equipped with 20 or 40 LED bulbs spaced 50 cm apart, so it scores with an illuminated length of up to 20 metres. Twinkly Festoon is perfect for both outdoor and indoor spaces.

Twinkly Spritzer

Twinkly Spritzer is a firework of light: 200 LEDs are mounted on flexible light strands that can be bent in any direction. For unique works of light art with an optical bang effect, can be used indoors and outdoors.

Twinkly Flex

With the flexible, 2-metre long "Twinkly Flex" light tube, you can create free light decorations for indoors. Let your creativity run free and design your own personal lighting objects!

Twinkly Line

The 1.5 metre long Twinkly Line light strip is the ideal solution for elegant direct or indirect lighting accents indoors. Thanks to its self-adhesive and magnetic back, it can be positioned anywhere. Twinkly Line is available in black or white and can be extended exclusively with a Twinkly Line Extension Kit.

Twinkly Squares

Twinkly Squares, modular panels with 8x8 = 64 LEDs per panel, which can be combined to form larger units, are a new variant of the light objects for indoor use. A perfect canvas for your pixel-style animations that can be constantly changed as you wish - creativity in a light guise.

Twinkly Music

All second-generation Twinkly products add a dimension with Twinkly Music: this USB-connected sound sensor has an intelligent microphone that registers and interprets ambient sounds and a BPM counter. Via the Twinkly app, you can make your illuminated objects dance to the music of your choice or visually emphasise ambient sounds with a perfect light choreography.

Smart control

The central control unit of the entire Twinkly product range is the Twinkly app, with which you can personalise effects and animations and control them via your smartphone at the touch of a finger. A wide range of preset designs is available as a source of inspiration, but you can also create completely new lighting creations and even draw them with your finger, programme playlists, synchronise light installations with music and thus become a real lighting director. The Twinkly app is available for iOS and Android, voice control is possible via amazon Alexa, Hey Google or Apple Home Kit.

Setting up the app

Setting up the Twinkly app is simple and intuitive: decorate and place your light object and connect it to the power supply via the mains plug. Connect to AppleStore or GooglePlay on your smartphone via Bluetooth, download and install the Twinkly app. Select the controller that matches your product. The app will start searching for available Twinkly devices. Connect to your WLAN, then select the number of luminaires on your lighting object and tap "Configure" to establish the connection - done. With the camera of your smartphone, you can scan and map your decorated light object and use it to assign the various LEDs to specific effects and control them individually. The design possibilities are almost endless.

LED technology and colours

The LEDs of the entire Twinkly series are permanently installed and thus cannot be replaced, but they have a service life of more than 30,000 hours. Some products are available in different colours, including multicolour, gold & silver or white.

Twinkly is a brand of the Milan-based start-up LEDworks srl, which was founded in 2016. The young company began with the development of Christmas decorations and lighting objects with intelligent control.
