Nuki: The smart lock for your home

You want to enjoy all the benefits that come with an electronic locking system? No problem! The installation of the Nuki Smart Lock takes only a few minutes and can be easily done even by technical laymen. First, a mounting plate is attached to the existing lock cylinder on the inside of the door. This can be glued as well as screwed. If the cylinder protrudes more than three and up to 30 millimeters, the latter option is recommended. In all other cases, the mounting plate should be glued.

Afterwards, the corresponding key is inserted into the lock from the inside - and it stays there permanently. Now the Nuki lock just has to be put on and locked. A small motor in the upper part of the Nuki Smart Lock makes sure that the key turns on your request so that the door either opens or closes by itself. The application is also very simple: Just download the app "Nuki Smart Lock" from the Google Play Store, the App Store or the AppGallery and link the app to your Nuki door lock. To do so, open the app and tap on "Set up device". After that, you just need to follow all the required steps. In the course of this, you can also create permissions for other members of the household and thus create your individual access control system. The electronic door lock from Nuki comes with many practical features, such as the Auto Unlock function. When this is activated, your front door unlocks automatically via Bluetooth without you having to take any action. The app uses your location and so-called geofences.
