Product information "Kitronik MI:pro protective cover for micro:bit V1 & V2, 4-ply"
This MI:pro protective cover has been designed for the BBC micro:bit and is compatible with both the original micro:bit V1 and the micro:bit V2. The cases are characterised by a four-layer construction, with the ability to attach a 2xAAA battery pack to the back of the case, whilst still allowing access to all buttons and ports on the micro:bit. Although these cases protect the micro:bit exceptionally well, the biggest advantage of the MI:pro is that it prevents accidental shorting of the pads on the back of the micro:bit.
Features at a glance
- Simple design that requires only a small flathead screwdriver and involves layering each plate over the micro:bit and securing it in place.
- Easy access to the edge pins at the bottom of the micro:bit, allowing use with many of our carrier boards.
- The protective cover provides excellent protection for the BBC micro:bit and allows access to the bottom pins as well as the A and B buttons.
