The Adafruit ATtiny1616 Breakout combines a powerful 8-bit microcontroller with seesaw functionality and STEMMA QT support. It is ideal for the development and expansion of hardware projects with I2C compatibility. The ATtiny1616 offers 16KB Flash, 2KB RAM and 256 bytes of EEPROM and can be operated with a voltage of 2V to 5V. The seesaw firmware allows it to be used as an "I2C to something" converter, making GPIOs, ADCs, PWM outputs and other functions available.
The breakout has an internal oscillator with up to 20MHz, a green power LED, a red status LED and two STEMMA QT connections with 10K pull-up resistors. In addition, it supports programming with the megaTinyCore for Arduino-compatible peripherals. A separate UPDI programmer is required for firmware development.
