Produktinformationen "4-channel I2C-compatible bi-directional logic level converter"

Since the Arduino (and Basic Stamp) are 5V devices and most modern sensors, displays, flash cards and modes are only 3.3V, many manufacturers are finding that they need to do level shifting/conversion to protect the 3.3V device from 5V.

Many level shifters both don't like working with I2C, which uses a weird pull-up system to transfer data back and forth. This level shifter board combines the ease of use of the bidirectional TXB0108 with an I2C-compatible FET design that follows NXP's app note.

This breakout has 4 BSS138 FETs with 10K pullups. It works up to 1.8V on the low side and up to 10V on the high side. The 10K makes the interface slightly slower than using a TXB0108 or 74LVC245, so we recommend using these if you need fast transmission.

While we designed it for use with I2C, it works just as well for TTL Serial, slow <2MHz SPI, and any other digital interface both uni- and bi-directional. Included is a fully assembled and tested board with 4 full bidirectional converter lines and 2 pieces of 6-pin headers that you can solder to plug into a breadboard or perfboard.

Adafruit Flora RGB Smart NeoPixel Version 2 - 4 LEDs
What's a wearable project without LEDs? Our favourite part of the Flora platform are these tiny smart pixels. Designed specifically for wearables, these updated Flora NeoPixels feature ultra-cool technology: these ultra-bright LEDs have a constant current driver built right into the LED package! The pixels are modulable - so you only need 1 pin/wire to drive as many LEDs as you want. They are easy to sew and the modular design means no crossed threads. This is the second version of the Flora NeoPixels that runs on 'high speed' 800KHz communication. Unfortunately they are not backwards compatible with the chip-on-back 'low speed' (400KHz) Flora NeoPixels. If you have a project that already uses low speed pixels and you want to add more pixels to the chain, you will need to buy version 1 as they are not cross-compatible. These pixels have full 24-bit colour capability, with the PWM being handled by the controller chip. Because the LED is so bright, you need less current/power to achieve the desired effects. The driver is constant current, so its OK if your battery power changes or fluctuates a little. Each pixel draws up to 60mA (all three RGB LEDs on for full brightness white). Theoretically the Flora can drive up to 500 pixels at 30 FPS (after that it runs out of memory). However, after about 10 pixels (or if the distance between the pixels is more than one or two centimetres), the resistance of the thread can affect the power supply. For large numbers of pixels over 10, consider using stranded wire or copper braid to provide a "power bus" for the pixels - the current draw adds up quickly!

Adafruit small induction coil with 10 wireless LEDs, 5V
If you add LEDs, everything gets 5x better - that's a scientific fact! But if you have LEDs, you need wires and power and all that stuff is kind of a pain. What if you could have LEDs that light up without wires, solder joints or batteries? Sounds magical! That's what makes this kit of a small inductive coil and 10 wireless LEDs so nifty. It uses electromagnetic fields and inductive coupling to conduct electricity through the air and light up the LEDs soldered onto the coils. Each order contains a driver board (you need a 5 V power supply to power it) and ten miniature LED inductors in different colours (two each in white, blue, yellow, green and red). Inductive charging is a way of supplying power to a device without a direct cable connection. Most people are familiar with inductive charging from a rechargeable electric toothbrush: you may have noticed that you charge it by plugging it into the holder, but there is no direct plug. These chargers work by taking a transformer and splitting it in half. In this product, we have a small coil that forms the "primary" side of the charger. Then each individual LED has a smaller coil on the back. When the two are coupled, the current is transferred from the coil to the LED and it lights up. You can have a large number of LEDs that are all in a different 3D space above or below the coil. You can also orientate them differently, but you get the best efficiency/current transfer when the two coils are on top of each other. You can also arrange the LEDs slightly outside the main ring, but even then they won't shine as brightly as in the centre. They are often used for modelling, toy designs or displays, but we think they also have a lot of potential for art, craft or cosplay. The coil is quite small, so you have about 1 to 3 inches of vertical space to work with. These are simple modules for which we have no data sheets or specifications. Then we thought about how people actually prototype - they usually start with a solderless breadboard and then transfer the parts to a permanent PCB. We've taken the basic layout of a reasonably sized breadboard and turned it into a beautiful PCB. The top side has a white silkscreen and the same markings you are familiar with to make transferring components easy. The bottom has the 5-hole pad design that fits a classic breadboard, with 4 power bus lines on the sides and no mask so you can easily cut traces if needed. We have used 1.2mm diameter holes so that components with large leads will also fit. All holes are plated through for reinforcement - these will not come off during rework. The surface is gold-plated - you won't get oxidation like with bare copper perf! There are also two mounting holes so you can attach the board to your project box. DC Toy / Hobby Motor - 130-Size
These are standard "130" size DC hobby motors. They have a wider operating range than most toy motors: from 4.5 to 9VDC instead of 1.5-4.5V. This range makes them perfect for controlling with an Adafruit Motor Shield, or with an Arduino where you have 5 or 9V available rather than a high current setting of 3V. They will fit most electronics that already have size 130 motors installed, and there are two breadboard-friendly wires already soldered on for quick prototyping.

CD DVD spindle motor This CD/DVD spindle motor is the component in a CD or DVD player that spins the disc quickly. These motors offer several advantages over the '130' hobby DC motors: they are flat at the end, easy to mount on a flat surface, well balanced and quiet. They rotate at around 3500 rpm at full power and can be PWM controlled to reduce speed. With a maximum current consumption of 400 mA at standstill and a rated voltage of 5.9V, they are versatile. The motor already has a plastic hub so that something can be easily attached to it. A motor driver is required for control.
